A long, narrow baguette, with long tips and a floured surface, its crust is light brown and it is marked with rough grigne. Its tempting flavour makes it the ideal base for spreading with tomato or oil or some delicious ham. A baguette for lovers of good bread. This is made possible by the characteristic Saint Honoré process: hand cutting and a long, traditional, artisan process.
